The Public are welcome to come on either Saturday or Sunday to see the WARP & Smart Farm Ag-tivities events but Sunday is when the WARP Robots begin Competing!

SATURDAY

WARP: Set up, practise and share.
The first day is time to get set up, meet all the other teams and share ideas, strategies, do all that last-minute work you didn't quite finish and practise your skills.

SMART FARM Ag-tivities
We have a range of activities running from 10am to 4.30 pm. Activities run every 30 minutes and include the farmbot automated farming system, the agbot demonstration robot and the hay bale game.

10.00am – 10.30am Farmbot demonstration
10.30am – 11.00am Drive the Ag-bot
11.00am – 11.30am Hay bale game - score points by maneuvering hay bales!
11.30am – 12.00 midday Farmbot demonstration
12.00 midday – 12.30pm Drive the Ag-bot
1.00pm – 1.30pm Farmbot demonstration
1.30pm – 2.00pm Drive the Ag-bot
2.00pm – 2.30pm Hay bale game -score points by maneuvering hay bales!
3.00pm – 3.30pm Farm Bot demonstration
3.30pm – 4.00pm Drive the Ag-bot
4.00pm – 4.30pm Hay bale game. Score points by maneuvering hay bales

SUNDAY

WARP: Game on!
Teams will rotate through different alliances with other teams, learning how to get the best out of your robot and the collaboration with others. The final games will be with set alliances, and may the best robot teams win!

SMART FARM Ag-tivities
Sundays activities run from 9am to 4.00pm with events every 30 minutes. From 11am to 1.00pm Sunday will feature talks by academic and industry leaders on topics including GM technologies in our food future, AI and agricultural robotics, Digital agriculture in WA, and Pathways to careers in robotics and automation.

10.00am – 10.30am Hay bale game - score points by maneuvering hay bales!
11.00am – 11.30am GM technologies in our food future by Professor Mike Jones of Murdoch University
11.30am – 12.00 midday AI and Agricultural robotics by Dr. Graham Mann of Murdoch University 
12.00 midday – 12.30pm Digital Agriculture in WA by Adj. Prof. Dean Diepeveen of DPIRD 
12.30pm-1.00pm Pathways to careers in robotics and automation by Mr Tim Keely of Curtin University
1.00pm – 1.30pm Farmbot demonstration
1.30pm – 2.00pm Drive the Ag-bot
2.00pm – 2.30pm Hay bale game - score points by maneuvering hay bales!
2.30pm – 3.00pm Farmbot demonstration
3.00pm – 3.30pm Drive the Ag-bot
3.30pm – 4.00pm Hay bale game - score points by maneuvering hay bales!
