Innovation Challenge

The innovation challenge is an opportunity for teams of students to investigate a real-life primary industries problem and present possible solutions. Teams of 2-10 students will explore the intersection of STEM and industry  applying their newly found robotics knowledge to benefit our world and their community.

Teams can be made up of 2 to 10 people, one school may enter multiple teams, teams may all work on the same challenge, but each team must enter a unique solution.

Challenges will be released 12 weeks prior to the competition day, registration will close 4 weeks prior to the competition.

Teams must prepare a 5-minutepresentation and 5-minute Q&A which will be delivered to the judges oncompetition day. In person participation is strongly encouraged, but teams fromremote areas can present via video link if they are unable to travel to thevenue.

A panel of judges will observe your presentation and score each team.

Prizes will be awarded for first($1500), second ($1000) and third ($500) place to purchase STEM-related equipment for use in lessons or extra-curriculum activities. (proof of purchase required)
